1. One visa application form per applicant properly and completely filled out both pages and signed.
2. Valid and signed United state Passport with at least 6 months from the date of entry in India
3. Two recent 2" x 2" passport-type photo Homemade Digital Photographs are not acceptable
4. Copy of your travel itinerary or airline ticket to proof of address
   for minors, a parent or guardian proof of address may be submitted instead

Authorization Letter:
Download, completely fill-out and sign Indian visa processing authorization letter. One letter per applicant.

Persons of Indian Origin:
Persons of Indian Origin applying for a visa for the FIRST time on a US passport must submit their Indian passport and a completed Renunciation Form (download here)along with the application form for cancellation and return.

Driver's license:
You must provide one clear copy of your driver license showing the applicants name and current address.

1. Passport must have a minimum of one (1) complete blank visa pages to stamp the visa, remember the last three (3) pages are not visa pages and it will not be accepted
2. Any applicant can apply for (6 months ,1 years , 5years )visa but Persons of Indian Origin can apply for (6 months ,1 years , 5years ,10years ) visa

Business invitation letter from the sponsoring organization or company in India indicating the following:

1. On sponsoring company's letterhead
2. Nature of the applicant's business
3. Probable duration of stay
4. State the validity of the visa you are applying for (1 year, 5 year or 10 year)
5. State the places and organizations to be visited
6. Guarantee the applicant's financial expenses entirely

Business letter
An original letter from the company given to the applicant who is applying for visa, The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the” Embassy of India “and signed by a senior manager

This letter must offer:

1. Introduce the applicant,( employment status/position held in the company)
2. The purpose of visit.
3. Nature of business of the U.S. Company
4. Name, address and Nature of business of the India company to be contacted in India
5. State the validity of the visa you are applying for (1 year, 5 year or 10 year)
6. Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel

Note
